How to see a list of all attempts to send email in the system
To see a list of all attempts to send email in the system, with the outcome, dates, emails, and details, navigate to the “Reporting” and select “Predefined reports”
Click on the “User reports”
Click on the “Sent emails”, that can be found on the second page of the “User reports”
The list of all attempts to send emails in the system will appear.
Use the dropdown menu in the “Outcome” column, to filter the outcome results and to see which email’s sending failed.
