Creating a new security role
To create a new security role, please see How to assign default roles in the system and use permissions to create a new role.
NOTE: If you want to have a role that has the permission only to manage question pools, select only the permissions shown in the picture below.
The user with this role will be able to manage the pools he creates and the pools where he is assigned as a user. When assigned as a question pool user, he can have a “Read-only” and a “Modify” role.
You can update the role at any time and add/remove its permissions. If you want the user to manage any pool with question pool manager role, also select the “Manage any pool” permission.
