This article explains how to check whether the changes were made on pool questions. It is possible to see who was made changes and when.
Accessing the question pool
To access the desired question pool, hover over the “Tests” tab in the main menu, and select “Question pools“.
The left-side menu will appear where you can search the pool name and then click on it to open.
Previewing of the change history of questions
Once you open the desired question pool, you should:
- Navigate to the “Questions” tab.
- Search the desired question using the search box.
- Click the “View audit trail” icon to preview change history.
Once you click to preview change history, the pop-up window will appear. You will be able to see the time, date, and all users who made changes to the question.
