Each candidate can book a test in their time zone, and with automated proctoring, you can be sure exams are conducted fairly.
We improved mechanisms for organizing paper-based testing. The platform now allows you to create your tests within the application, export them to a print-ready PDF and distribute them to candidates via email or in a paper form. YouTestMe GetCertified can also generate answer keys, which can help you quickly evaluate paper-based tests.

The platform is enriched with a new importer, allowing you to add questions using the QTI package into question pools. QTI format preserves details of the question settings and any images embedded in a question, which is especially useful if you transfer the questions from LMS to YouTestMe GetCertified.
To ensure simple data transfer between different YouTestMe GetCertified environments, the application now supports JSON standards. With JSON, you can easily export question pools you created in one environment and import them into another.
YouTestMe GetCertified can be integrated with any system using existing standards and a custom API that is highly flexible and allows different integration. In the upcoming releases, off-the-shelf options will be extended to integrations with Credly, LinkedIn, Moodle, Blackboard, etc.
YouTestMe GetCertified supports both multilingual interface and exams.
The application interface is available in more than 100 languages, while questions can be translated into any language. Candidates can choose their preferred language version for the interface and different languages for each question.
The new application version contains a module for verifying test attempts. This module is beneficial if test attempts in YouTestMe GetCertified should be verified before transferring their results to another system.
The platform’s templates and editors now include more advanced options, such as the option to import question tags and answer feedback via the Question Pool Excel template. Also, a new, rich text editor offers full support for tables, multiple images, etc.
YouTestMe GetCertified now allows more flexibility in the simple configuration of desired content displayed in reports and application pages.
Our current test generator allows you to create un(limited) versions of the same test. This method involves importing questions from question pools instead of adding the questions manually. But with an advanced test generator, it is possible to create and search tests by custom question properties of the questions contained in those tests.
The primary purpose of custom question properties is to achieve a more extensive system for searching and filtering questions through question pools. They can be included in question pool tables, various reports, test generators, etc.
Introducing multiple graders allows for giving a score or feedback by several different graders (instructors). Those grades can be descriptive or included in the result, representing an average score.
The current e-testing center workflow will be enriched with options to set booking fees and deadlines, as well as deadlines for canceling a booked session and associated cancellation fees.
YouTestMe GetCertified allows you to organize comprehensive end-to-end examinations online with new functionalities that simulate a testing center experience. You can organize multiple testing sessions, set their booking and cancellation dates, and allow your candidates to book the desired session for taking a test.
OAuth stands for Open Authorization, and it enables your users to seamlessly access exams in YouTestMe GetCertified from other systems, like your LMS, CRM, or HR software. YouTestMe GetCertified can act as a Service Provider (SP) through the OAuth protocol, which allows the exchange of authorization data with an Identity Provider (IdP).
Due to the absence of physical interaction, in an eLearning environment, it is crucial that communication is immediate and timely in order to maintain a high level of involvement of all participants (test managers, proctors, students, etc.). That is why we constantly improve our notification system and introduce new notifications.
In addition to custom registration pages and reports, the platform will contain custom home screen dashboards. Our clients will be able to configure the appearance and desired functionalities of the home screens on their side. Since the module is currently in development, the YouTestMe team would be glad to consider including any ideas and requirements you may have in our roadmap.
